Agreement

Who the contract is between and when it takes effect.

Accounts and profiles

One account may hold multiple profiles. Eligibility, minimum age, accuracy of information, and responsibility for account security.

Creator terms

Free to join, free to be introduced, creator retains 100% of deal value. Any optional paid service is separately agreed.

Business terms

Free registration. Success fee on a signed placement, and how that fee is calculated, invoiced and disputed.

Event listings

Free standard listing subject to review. Grounds for rejection: duplicated copy, unrelated outbound links, unsuitable content. Paid add-ons, refunds and cancellation.

Casting submissions

No guarantee of audition, callback or placement. CreatorScout is not a talent or casting agency and charges no applicant fees.

Foundations

Donations pass directly to the foundation. CreatorScout does not hold, process or route funds and makes no representation about any foundation listed.

Acceptable use

Prohibited conduct, content standards, and consequences of breach.

Content and licences

Who owns uploaded content and what licence you grant us to display it.

Resources disclaimer

Informational only, not legal or immigration advice. No liability for reliance.

Liability
